These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, bookings and memberships with Alpine Chauffeur Club.

By submitting an enquiry or confirming a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Alpine Chauffeur Club

Alpine Chauffeur Club provides a private in-resort driving membership service in Verbier, Switzerland.

The service is designed for chalet owners, seasonal residents and guests staying in Verbier who require dependable transport during their stay.

2. Service area

Our service focuses on journeys within Verbier and nearby surrounding resort areas.

Airport transfers are not included as standard unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Operating hours

The standard operating hours are:

Daily 08:00–22:00

Journeys outside these hours are not included as standard and may not be available.

4. Membership options

Alpine Chauffeur Club may offer weekly, monthly and seasonal membership options.

Memberships are subject to availability and are tailored according to factors including:

  • Dates of stay

  • Length of stay

  • Accommodation location

  • Number of guests

  • Expected level of use

  • Seasonal demand

  • Vehicle and driver availability

5. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a confirmed booking or membership.

After receiving your enquiry, we will review your details and contact you to discuss availability and provide a personalised quotation.

A membership is only confirmed once we have accepted the booking in writing and any required payment or deposit has been received.

6. Pricing

Pricing is confirmed privately after reviewing your enquiry.

Prices may vary depending on the time of year. Peak winter periods such as Christmas, New Year, February half-term and other high-demand weeks may be priced differently from quieter periods.

All prices will be confirmed before a membership is accepted.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

We may require full payment or a deposit before confirming a membership.

If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to release the requested membership availability.

8. Use of the service

Members may request transport during operating hours, subject to availability and reasonable usage.

The service is designed for regular in-resort convenience and is not intended to guarantee unlimited immediate journeys at all times.

We will always aim to provide a reliable and responsive service, but journey timings may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, resort congestion, vehicle availability and other operational factors.

9. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat drivers, vehicles and other passengers with respect.

We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey if a guest behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, heavily intoxicated, unlawful or likely to damage the vehicle.

The customer may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs caused by guest behaviour, damage or excessive mess.

10. Children, luggage and ski equipment

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information about passenger numbers, luggage, ski equipment and any child seat requirements before travel.

We will do our best to accommodate these requirements where possible.

11. Delays and changes

If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.

We will try to accommodate reasonable changes, but this will depend on availability and operational capacity.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable once a membership has been confirmed, particularly during peak periods where availability has been reserved.

13. Weather and road conditions

Verbier is an alpine resort and journeys may be affected by snow, ice, road closures, traffic, accidents, police restrictions or other conditions outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Vehicle availability

We aim to provide premium people carriers suitable for alpine conditions.

Vehicle type may vary depending on availability, maintenance requirements or operational needs.

15. Liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Chauffeur Club will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, missed reservations, missed events, travel disruption, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information may change from time to time.

Website content does not guarantee availability, pricing or confirmation of service.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
